Abstract
Fibrinolytic treatment in patients with IVH results in a faster clearance of ventricular blood volume, hydrocephalus improvement and therefore a decrease in the requirement of a definitive VPS. Although there have not been definitive results, in our cases report a favorable outcome for half patients were found, similar to that presented in previous researches.
