Trombólisis supraselectiva en trombosis extensa de los senos venosos durales: reporte de caso y revisión de la literatura

A review of the literature up to the present was performed, and the case of a patient aged 31 with extensive thrombosis of the dural venous sinus is presented. This patient progressed to super selective thrombolysis of venous sinus due to persistent headaches and drowsiness despite anticoagulation management. The patient made excellent progress after complete recanalization of them.
