Abstract
A 62 year-old patient with an inferio-posterior myocardial infarction with ST elevation, who had a subsequent cardio-respiratory arrest after percutaneous coronary intervention. He subsequently developed an electrical storm that required 17 defibrillations and anti-arrythmic pharmacotherapy with amiodarone and lidocaine. The outcome was satisfactory, and after 6 days of treatment, the patient was discharged to home.
