Abstract
In our experience, NK cell cytotoxic activity measured by time-resolved fluorescence is a simple and useful clinical diagnostic test for HLH. Interleukin 15 stimulation and Fas ligand blocking on NK cells could help differentiate between primary and secondary HLH.
