RésuméNous rapportons le cas d’une patiente de 66 ans qui a été hospitalisée pour une tuméfaction circonférentielle de la phalange moyenne du majeur, évoluant depuis un an. L’exérèse-biopsie de la phalange a permis de faire le diagnostic d’une tuberculose osseuse. À travers ce cas exceptionnel, les auteurs ont fait une revue de la littérature sur les aspects cliniques, radiologiques et évolutifs de la tuberculose osseuse digitale.
