RésuméLe pilomatricome est une tumeur cutanée bénigne du follicule pileux. Rencontrée fréquemment chez l’enfant, cette tumeur annexielle est le plus souvent méconnue et confondue avec d’autres lésions cutanées. Les localisations habituelles sont la tête et le cou. Sa localisation au niveau des membres reste exceptionnelle. À travers une observation particulière d’un pilomatricome de la jambe chez une patiente adulte traitée chirurgicalement sans récidive, les différents aspects diagnostiques et thérapeutiques de cette pathologie seront rappelés.
