Abstract
												SummaryTraumatic intracranial vascular injuries are uncommon. However prompt diagnosis and management is essential because of the high morbidity and mortality associated with these conditions. The imaging evaluation and potential endovascular management of traumatic intracranial aneurysms and traumatic intracranial fistulae is discussed.
