Abstract
The natural history of bodyweight showing an inexorable bodyweight gain throughout life makes us understand the concept of “absolute and relative” weight loss. It seems quite easy to diagnose an absolute weight loss. Conversely, it becomes more complex as far as thinness is concerned, and diagnosis errors/mistakes can be done easily. We detail herein a not known thinness condition, called constitutional thinness.
