Abstract
Educational activities for type 2 diabetic patients are proposed for a long time. Several types of health professionals are usually involved and at least two are required for an education program to be authorized in France. Organizational arrangements of this coordinated education are different from one team to another. The identification of the shared tasks between these professionals appears to be essential to ensure the best care for patients in a context of scarce professional resources. This study aims to understanding the modalities of cooperation between professionals involved in type 2 diabetic patients' education.
