Abstract
We present a case of giant Brunner's gland hamartoma. The initial manifestation was iron-deficiency anemia with no evidence of bleeding. After adequate characterization of the lesion, EUS allowed complete and safe endoscopic resection, avoiding more invasive surgical treatment.
