Abstract
We describe the case of a 43-year-old man recently diagnosed with ileal Crohn's disease complicated by a free peritoneal perforation of a Meckel's diverticulum and the presence of enteroliths in the intestinal lumen. The coexistence of CrohÅs disease, Meckel's diverticulum and enteroliths has rarely been reported. Meckel's diverticulum can hamper the management of Crohn's disease.
