Abstract
RésuméNous rapportons un cas de sténose de la veine porte survenant six mois après une transplantation hépatique. Dans cette observation, c’est l’apparition d’une symptomatologie d’ischémie mésentérique veineuse qui a conduit au diagnostic. La réalisation d’une angioplastie avec mise en place d’une prothèse porte a permis une résolution rapide des symptômes.
