Abstract
The nosocomial epidemic curve of MDRTB in patients with AIDS significantly decreased, despite the persistence of susceptible patients with low CD4+ levels. The decreasing tendency of MDRTB/AIDS cases could be attributed to the impact of the control measures implemented.
