Abstract
⺠We model the loss profit of an item set by using cross-selling effect. ⺠We suggest the loss profit for the ABC classification of inventories. ⺠Many ignored important items will be rediscovered by the new ABC classification. ⺠An algorithm is presented to calculate the loss profit and do ABC classification. ⺠A new framework is presented for fast solving the MPIS problem.
