Abstract
Our aim in this paper is to introduce the concept of a set-valued homomorphism for groups, which is a generalization of ordinary homomorphism. Then using the definitions of lower inverse and upper inverse, we introduce the definition of uniform set-valued homomorphism and prove that every set-valued homomorphism is uniform. Finally, the concept of probabilistic T-rough set is defined.
