Abstract
This paper presents an Invertebrate Semantic/Software Application Development Framework (ISADF) for building knowledge-based software systems. There are two main contributions of ISADF: it proposes a framework for the development of software for interoperability, and it proposes a software development approach, where all components, even application logic, are externalized from application.
