Catching the malicious insider

This paper looks at the issue of the malicious insider and at a range of the environmental and technical issues that have led to the current situation. The paper also examines why the threat from the malicious insider is changing and looks at a range of measures that can be taken in order to minimise the likelihood of an attack and to enhance the probability of detection in the case of an attack.
