A Bloch–Wigner theorem over rings with many units II

In this article we prove a generalization of the Bloch–Wigner exact sequence over a commutative ring with many units R  . Moreover if there is a homomorphism R→FR→F, F   a field, such that μ(R)→μ(F)μ(R)→μ(F) is injective (e.g. R a domain), we generalize Suslin's Bloch–Wigner exact sequence over R.
