Subgroups of classical groups normalized by relative elementary groups

Let (R,Λ) be a commutative form ring, and let be a form ideal of (R,Λ). We obtain a complete description of all subgroups of the unitary groups which are normalized by relative elementary subgroup for all n≥4.
