On the classification of non-normal complete intersections of two quadrics

Let be an irreducible non-normal complete intersection of two quadrics which is not a cone. The aim of this paper is to classify all X, up to projective equivalence. Our main result shows that r≤5 and there exist exactly six (resp. nine) X’s when (resp. ).
