Abstract
As wireless Internet access gains popularity in corporate and private networks, the nature of wireless communication opens up new possibilities for wrongdoing. This paper examines the potential liabilities for unauthorized use of Wi-Fi network connections to the Internet and other related activities and considers the legal position of subscribers and network service providers.
