Abstract
The paper explores better legal measures for the regulation of consumer protection in the mobile payment service area, particularly those measures relevant to non-financial institutions. Through critical analysis of Alipay's service agreement and an assessment of the existing legal framework in China, the paper aims to explore the existing problems of consumer protection in the mobile payment area in non-financial institutions and considers possible legal solutions.
