Abstract
												Singapore's legislative response to the exponential growth of spam is an integral part of her multi-faceted approach to this worldwide problem. The proposed Spam Protection Act draws upon the legislative experience of the UK, USA, Australia, Japan and South Korea. This article comments on the policies underlying the governance of spam, the proposed provisions and their likely impact on e-Commerce.
