⺠Large seabed tunnels are related to dewatering and possibly gas reservoir venting. ⺠Small tunnels are formed by dewatering and/or gas hydrate decomposition. ⺠Chimney tunnels, carbonate crusts and bacterial mats on the seabed show active seep.
