Abstract
The concept of ΓΓ-hypernear-rings, which is a generalization of ΓΓ-near-rings and hypernear-rings, is introduced. Some related properties of ΓΓ-hypernear-rings are described. In particular, three Isomorphism Theorems of ΓΓ-hypernear-rings are established. By using this new idea, we consider the fuzzy hyperideals of ΓΓ-hypernear-rings. Finally, the fundamental relations between ΓΓ-hypernear-rings and ΓΓ-near-rings are discussed.
