Abstract
We study an inverse source problem arising in computations of electromagnetic fields governed by Maxwell’s equations. The unknown source is solely time dependent and it will be recovered from a surface measurement. The existence and uniqueness of a solution to this inverse problem is shown. Moreover a constructive algorithm for approximations is designed and its convergence is established.
