Abstract

In this paper, we consider the existence of multiple positive solutions for multi-point boundary value problems with a one dimensional pp-Laplacian {(ϕp(u′(t)))′+q(t)f(t,u(t),u′(t))=0,01,αi≤βi(1≤i≤m−2)∈[0,∞),∑i=1m−2αi,∑i=1m−2βi∈(0,1),0<ξ1<ξ2<⋯<ξm−2<1. By the fixed point theorem due to Avery and Peterson, we provide sufficient conditions for the existence of multiple positive solutions to the above boundary value problem.
