Abstract
A new genus and species of isophlebioid, Parafleckium senjituense, is described from the Lower Cretaceous Yixian Formation in China. As it has several significant structures currently considered as typical of either the Campterophlebiidae or the Isophlebiidae, and it helps to clarify knowledge of the morphology and taxonomy of this group of damsel-dragonflies. We propose an emendation of the diagnoses of these two families.
