Abstract
A Highly selective fluorescence light-up sensing of Al3+ ion by coumarin based Schiff base based on CHEF effect is presented here. Fluorescence turn-off detection of pyrophosphate (PPi) ion and ctDNA by the Probe&903;Al3+ ensemble and live cell imaging by the probe and Al3+ are also discussed herein.
