Abstract
Direct template - calcined synthesized K2O-In2O3 nanowires with In2O3 and KNO3 mass ratio of 30:1, which possesses a large number mesopores of 3-5Â nm, adsorbed oxygen and basic sites, these benefit to the diffusion and the adsorption of NOx. The K2O-In2O3 nanowires exhibit excellent sensing properties with ultra-high response 151.78, a fast response time 12Â s for 97Â ppm NOx and low detection limit of 48.5Â ppb NOx at room temperature. The enhanced gas sensing could be attributed to the synergy effect of K2O promoter, highly crystalline mesoporous structure.313
