Abstract
With the rapid growth of information technology, we can observe an increase amount of e-learning systems. Thus, students and teachers are exposed to a wide variety of learning resources and learning objects. They need to choose courses, lessons, and their sequence in order to obtain desired knowledge. A technique for developing an individualized learning path that meets user requirements is described in this paper. The proposed approach utilizes ontology and a revised version of Bloom's taxonomy for the purpose of creating learning paths and a genetic algorithm for choosing the most appropriate.
