Abstract
Self-organizing hierarchy systems refer to the class of multi level and multipurpose systems. Employment of measures of definiteness and ambiguity of information allows to analyze general mechanisms of entropic-information laws of technological repartition, which are fundamental basis of all inadvertently proceeding processes of information accumulation, leading to technological systems self-organization.
