Abstract
Due to the crucial importance of Measuring Innovation in current dynamic and competitive environment, it is critical to find a valid measure to assess Innovation in firms. This measurement not only assists managers to understand which factors affect Innovation but also help them to evaluate the value of their firms. Therefore, detection of weaknesses and opportunities, the factories could improve their position in the current fast changing environment
