Abstract
- Correlates of binge drinking and crack/cocaine use among AAMSM and LMSM enrolled across six cities in the United States.
- African American MSM were more likely to use crack/cocaine or binge drink relative to Latino MSM.
- Clinically significant mental health distress was associated with frequent use of crack/cocaine and frequent binge drinking
- A sizable proportion of our sample reported financial insecurity, and participants who were both frequent stimulant users and binge drinkers had a greater likelihood of recent incarceration.
