Electrical equivalent circuit modelling of solid state fractional capacitor

The paper proposes an electrical equivalent circuit model (EECM) for a new type of solid state fractional capacitor. The fractional capacitor is fabricated by sandwiching the polymer-CNT nanocomposite in between the electrodes. The parameters of the EECM are extracted from MEISP software and correlation of these parameters with wt% of CNT is studied in detail. The error analysis of the fractional exponent (α) values from experimental and simulated data are also presented.
