Thermal management in 3d networks-on-chip using dynamic link sharing

Experimental results show that the proposed method can control the temperature of 3D NoCs and reduce the temperature gradient across the network with minimized negative impact on performance, compared to a state-of-the-art 3D NoC temperature management method.
