Abstract
This paper is dedicated to studying the following Schrödinger-Poisson system {ââ³u+V(x)u+Ïu=K(x)f(u),xâR3,ââ³Ï=u2,xâR3, where V,KâC(R3,R) and fâC(R,R). Under mild assumptions on the decay rate of V(x), we establish the existence of one ground state sign-changing solution with precisely two nodal domains, by using a weaker growth condition limâ£tâ£âââ«0tf(s)dsâ£tâ£3=â, instead of the usual super-cubic condition limâ£tâ£âââ«0tf(s)dsâ£tâ£4=â. Our result unifies both asymptotically cubic and super-cubic cases, which generalizes and improves the corresponding ones in the literatures.
