Abstract

âº Two New MR image segmentation algorithms have been presented. âº Methods based on SOM. âº Devised new SOM clustering techniques for MRI segmentation. âº The results obtained outperforms other segmentation approaches. âº Proposal evaluation using the IBSR database as well as high-resolution MR images.
