Monitoring of Social Reactions to Support Decision Making on Issues of Urban Territory Management1

The article is devoted to the problem of collecting and processing information about the state and development of the urban environment using geoinformation technologies. The process of analysis of citizens preferences for decision support in the management of development problems in urban areas is described. Examples of applications for the collection and analysis of information about the preferences of the citizens in the development of territories are provided. The proposed approach can be used to identify the preferences of residents and the organization of interaction between government, citizens and urban communities.
