Abstract
The current research paper introduces the basic principles of the Information Images theory and mathematical model created through it. In order to confirm the theory experimentally, the bilingual Stroop test was used. The results of the test are interpreted through the introduced theory, then they are compared with the results of computer modeling on its basis. The authors demonstrate, that through the Information Images Theory it is possible not only to explain a number of cognitive processes of human mind, but also to make a prognosis of their dynamics in a number of isolated incidents.
