Abstract
An inverse analysis of the degradation of the bond between the concrete and the reinforcement, assuming the so-called tension stiffening area in the concrete as a function of the shear strain is performed. This problem is studied and analyzed using a preliminary least squares method and two evolutionary strategies in order to provide a solution that satisfies both the physical and computational constraints of the problem. 93
