Abstract
Active vibration isolation technology has been widely used to reduce vibration transmission in many different engineering systems. Magnetic suspension isolator (MSI), as an active isolation actuator, has shown advantages including non-contact, high response frequency, high reliability and long life-span. However, the location and number of active or passive isolators play an important role on reducing the vibration transmission from excitation source to the foundation for the vibration isolation system. The particular set parameters of vibration isolation system with MSIs is conducted to improve the performance of reducing vibration. It proposes the analysis and comparison of different arrangement schemes for MSIs and passive isolators for the single-layer multi-degree freedom vibration isolation system. The resulting arrangement scheme of 4 passive isolators and the location of MSIs are used to get better performance in the power flow of vibration isolation system. This paper presents the hybrid vibration system that integrates active-passive isolation and multi-objective optimization for decision arrangement scheme in reducing the vibration, which has practical application significance in industry.
