Abstract
- We propose a novel high order variational image reconstruction model, which combines the Hessian matrix and diffusion tensor.
- Based on the forward-backward finite difference scheme, ADMM is developed for the model.
- The model reduces the staircase and blurring effects and outperforms existing approaches for image inpainting and denoising.
