Abstract
This paper focuses on practical stabilization of a null controllable delta operator system subject to actuator saturation and disturbances. Some properties of the domain of attraction for the delta operator system are shown by vector fields analysis. Practical stabilization of a planar delta operator system is given by a state feedback control law which is obtained by solving an algebraic delta operator Riccati equation. Moreover, a comprehensive controller is designed to guarantee performances of a higher order delta operator system. Finally, an aircraft example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed techniques in this paper.
