Abstract
Memristive models are currently the dominant technique for neuromorphic VLSI design. Critical dynamics research of memristive systems is very meaningful in both theoretical importance and practical significance. In this paper, by using nonsmooth analysis and control theory, nonlinear dynamics on global asymptotic stability and global exponential stability of memristive neural system with unbounded time-varying delays are explored. The theoretical analysis may yield a deep insight into the electric characteristics of memristor devices.
