Abstract
This paper deals with the problem of Hâ filter design for a class of nonlinear parameter-varying discrete-time systems with quantized signals. The measurement signal is quantized by a static logarithmic quantizer. Based on the stability with Hâ performance characterization obtained, sufficient conditions for the solvability of the Hâ filter design problem are presented. When these conditions are satisfied, an explicit expression of a desired filter is given. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed approach.
