Abstract
⺠A 2D model was established as to adjust control and learning preferentially. ⺠We constituted an LMI-based algorithm for control gains and state-observer gain. ⺠Two tuning parameters enable the preferential adjustment of control and learning. ⺠A performance index assesses overall effect and determines the tuning parameters.
