Abstract
► A 2D model was established as to adjust control and learning preferentially. ► We constituted an LMI-based algorithm for control gains and state-observer gain. ► Two tuning parameters enable the preferential adjustment of control and learning. ► A performance index assesses overall effect and determines the tuning parameters.
