Abstract
We developed a new strategy by combining gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) with a fluorescent conjugated polymer brush (ThNI) for colorimetric and fluorometric detection of human lysozyme. This strategy was successfully applied to assay lysozyme in buffer and human saliva. In comparison with previous reported methods, our approach has the advantages of simpleness, sensitivity, label-free property, and low cost.
