Abstract
As high MRCI scores are associated with greater drug-related iatrogenesis and more frequent hospital admission, MRCI could be used to prioritize patients and select those requiring pharmaceutical intervention to reduce their score. Score reduction could be also an indicator for drug conciliation and review of drug treatment.
