Comparaison transversale des ruptures de médicaments en France et au Canada

There is little data on drug shortages. This descriptive and cross-sectional study shows a higher number of drug shortages in Canada than in France at a national level but similar numbers across two healthcare institutions in Lyon and in Montreal. The problem of drug shortages is worrying and this study highlights the need to address this situation and to get involved to face the difficulties that result.
